Jilly does PADI!Day 6 - Putting on weight Each morning there is a new pressie for us waiting on our desk in the classroom.First day, we got a PADI bag and a pocket mask, second day was a bubble maker towel that will never fit round my butt, and a Project AWARE dongle thingy for the computer, and today we got a baseball cap, now I know where my £7000 has gone- in luggage allowance for the examiners to get here!!! How I am going to get it all home? I dont know. Considering I woke up this morning not looking forward to today, its gone OK. I was really worried about my CESA, as if there is any skill that can go horribly wrong, that's the one. Obviously the walkman breathing tape really works, as my nerves seem to be under control, apart from saying in my briefing that you can use this skill in the event you run out of air, so you can get yourself onto the surface safely and then finish your dive. DOH of course the dive is finished, I have no air!!! I scored a 4.6, they marked me down cos the demonstration was a little quick. To be fair I kind of knew that when I set off, but had I carried on swimming, all they would have seen is my butt so I stopped. Fair play, I am happy with that score. Well glad thats over now, I just have to deal with the presentation tomorrow. Just a quick message today as I have alot of homework to get done. See ya tomorrow.
